Nola-fy Our Favorite Spring Dishes

Spring dinners and brunches with good friends are in full swing, and Easter is on it's way! So, we wanted to share some delicious recipes that can be jazzed up with a little granola! That granola sitting in your cupboard can be used for so many different, delicious dishes (hey, alliteration!)!! We know you love your morning yogurt + granola, but we're sure you're going to LOVE the granola even more when you incorporate it into some of these amazing recipes.

Our Goin' Nuts granola is one of the most common choices to incorporate into different recipes. You can, however, use Main Squeeze or An Apple a Day - just remove the dried fruit! If you're trying to steer clear of nuts (any nut-free guests?), be sure to use Main Squeeze. It's our nut-free granola. It's also a great choice to pair with any lemon-flavored dish.

How to Nola-fy: Sub pie crust for our delicious granola pie crust. All of the party kiddos (and kids at heart) will love you.

How to Nola-fy: When adding the reserved bacon before returning to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, add 1 cup of Goin' Nuts or An Apple a Day granola (dried apples removed). Oh. My. Yum.

How to Nola-fy: Sub Main Squeeze granola for pistachios. Or if you prefer to keep the pistachios, you can sub the granola for only half of the pistachios. The lemon flavor in the granola will complement the fresh lemon in the vinaigrette so nicely. Ya dig?

How to Nola-fy: You can nola-fy these beauties in one of two delicious ways!! First, sub Goin' Nuts for the 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts called for in the crust. OR top the coconut whipped cream and fresh berries with 1 tablespoon of any of our three granolas. Because chocolate. Enough said.
