Banana Pops - where the fun doesn't stop!!

Banana pops are the new cake pops. Haven't you heard? They're cute. They're chic. They're easy. They're healthy. And delicious (can I get an Amen?!)! Kids love 'em. Adults want 'em.

So, I hope your pantry is stocked with peanut butter and granola (nothin' but nola?) and I hope you have a banana tree in your backyard.



Banana Pops

1 banana
1/4 cup peanut butter
2-4 tbsp granola
cake pop/lollipop sticks

1. Slice 1 inch chunks of banana.
2. Slide one piece of banana onto a cake pop stick. Top with lots of peanut butter. Slide another piece of banana on top and push down to help the banana "stick" to the peanut butter.
3. Roll to coat peanut butter in granola. 
4. Serve immediately and chow down!!
